KettleFlex Fitness is a locally owned gym that caters to anyone and everyone whether you are just starting your fitness journey, looking to get back into it after having your baby, or you want to stay in shape during pregnancy. Our trainers are knowledgeable with the steps needed to take to get back into fitness postpartum, can help you work through and fix aches and pains, and understanding how to modify exercises for those that are just starting out while helping you become the strongest and healthiest version of yourself.
We focus on small group personal training (no more than 10 people at a time) so you can get the attention of the trainer with the motivation of working out with other people.
Small group allows us to modify exercises or workouts to each individuals needs and help you get better everyday, without the feeling of trying to “keep up” with a class or not having the direction or understanding of what the exercises are that you are supposed to be doing.
