In addition to teaching yoga, I am an endurance runner and avid strength trainer. The three together work in union so that I am able to be the strongest, most confident mom I can to my school-age twins. I incorporate multiple tools of wellness into my work with health-seeking clients, including strategies of cleaner eating, cleaner beauty, and cleaner cleaning, all in an effort to reduce our exposure to harmful ingredients as we improve physical fitness, mobility (strength + flexibility) and the mental calm and resilience that yoga is famous for.
