In honor of Pride Month (June), the San Diego Moms Blog has teamed up with Laura D. Weatherly Photography to celebrate the diversity of San Diego Moms by offering six mini photography sessions to six local mom couples completely FREE.
This special photo opportunity will take place on Sunday, June 23rd from 5-7pm in Balboa Park.
In 2019, the dynamics of what a family looks like has changed drastically, but to us that doesn’t and shouldn’t matter. We want to celebrate all MOMS on this incredible journey. We are a diverse community and we should celebrate and honor that diversity. Thank You so much to Laura for offering to donate your time and expertise to honor these families.

Pride Month, is a month to celebrate gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, and asexual people, plus all other sexual orientations and genders. The month is celebrated in June in commemoration of the Stonewall Riots, which kicked off the first major demonstrations for gay rights in America.

Laura is a mom of two and realizes the importance of holding on to the moments that seem to go by too quickly. She has always loved photography and as soon as she had her first daughter it became her passion. She lives in Temecula, CA with her husband & two girls, discovering beautiful outdoor settings up and down the coast. She loves to work with families, capturing the tiny moments of pure love between people.
