Join us for an exciting week of mountain biking at our Summer Camp Program in Oceanside! This Monday-Friday program is designed to teach kids the basics of bike skills and provide them with the opportunity to shred on the trails. In addition to biking, we have planned a variety of fun games and activities to keep the participants engaged and entertained.
During the program, we will cover essential bike skills such as trail safety and stewardship, bike and body positioning, braking, gear shifting, turning and cornering, climbing and descending, and more. Our experienced instructors will guide the participants through interactive games and drills to reinforce these skills. We will also embark on trail rides that start from the park and explore a nearby trail network. This will allow the participants to put their newly acquired skills into practice and experience the thrill of mountain biking in a safe and supervised environment.
This program is open to kids aged 7 and above, with a bike wheel size of 20″ or greater, who are comfortable riding a geared mountain bike on dirt trails. To ensure a personalized experience, we have limited the number of participants to 16. As part of the program, each participant will receive a swag bag filled with riding gear and exclusive discounts.
For the summer program, your rider will need to bring a bike that is in good working condition, a properly fitted helmet (snug is important), closed-toe sneakers, wear athletic clothing that is safe and suitable for biking, a packed lunch, light snacks, and a water bottle to stay energized and hydrated throughout the day.
