Who can relate??!?!

Thankfully, March is Frozen Food Month at Smart & Final and they are celebrating with ways for you to
save time and money when you shop frozen foods!
Let’s face it, as moms it’s tough to plan out dinners, always have fresh fruits, veggies and meats in the fridge and do it all on a budget.

Frozen Foods are great for many reasons, but it is a great way to add in fruits and veggies to meals you love, at a lower cost. I know I always thought that frozen foods weren’t as healthy or they were processed, but for the most part, frozen foods retain their vitamins and minerals and there is no change to the carbohydrate, protein or fat content. Like anything it is good to have balance and variety (and I am no dietician!).
